Overview:
ZH-250P horizontal cartoning machine is the latest product developed by our company. It has the advantages of wide application range, high production efficiency, and can be used for multiple purposes in one machine. It can meet the requirements of the National Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
This machine can be applied to packaging of electronic products, food packaging, cosmetics packaging and related industries, and has a wide range of uses. Products can be regularly replaced according to different user requirements, and the mold adjustment time is short, assembly and debugging are simple, and the cartoning machine outlet can be matched with various types of mid-box film packaging equipment. It is not only suitable for large-scale production of a single variety, but also can satisfy users' small-scale production of multiple varieties.
Performance features:
1. The cartoning machine operates in an intermittent design, controlled by PLC, with a simple structure and easy maintenance. This machine automatically completes the processes of unloading, opening and sealing boxes.
2. The whole machine has high cartoning speed, small mechanical wear, high output and low mechanical operating speed.
3. Automatic vacuum box taking and large-angle opening to ensure box opening accuracy.
4. The box-entering system operates intermittently and is equipped with a push-loading overload protection function to protect the safe entry of products into boxes.
5. The adjustment and maintenance of this machine are more convenient. A variety of box closing methods and other devices are optional. Replacing products of different sizes within the equipment size range only requires replacing a few parts.
6. The frame and board of this machine have sufficient strength and rigidity. The main drive motor and clutch brake of the machine are installed in the frame. The machine board is equipped with various transmission systems. The torque overload protector can be used in the event of overload. The main drive motor and each transmission part are disconnected to protect the machine parts from damage.
7. Security
No paper box: No box is inserted; the whole machine automatically stops and sounds an alarm.
No product: The carton waits and sounds an audible alarm.
